IKCA Rules & Procedures

From 1990-2017, the IKCA was managed by the IKCA Bylaws. Effective October 1, 2017, the Bylaws were officially retired and replaced by the IKCA Rules & Procedures. Like the original Bylaws, the The IKCA R & P outline all aspects of how our association, our distance learning program, and our instructor certification program work. Our intent is to clearly set the expectations of membership in the association, testing and rank requirements, rank recognition, and use of IKCA material by schools and Certified Instructors.
